I was able to retain Mr. Dillin to represent me concerning a citation that was issued after involvement in a collision. I was fortunate that my insurance company was able to obtain dash cam video from a vehicle 2 cars behind the collision. Mr. Dillin was able to get citation dismissed in that it was obvious the officer never tried to understand the circumstances. By issuing the citation it made me look like the at fault party rather than the unlicensed driver that was trying to cross 2 lanes to take an exit.
